1. WHO WE ARE

2. SCOPE
These terms apply to all purchases made through this store. By placing an order you accept these terms. Our store is intended for customers aged 18 or over, or minors with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. PRODUCTS
We sell printed ski balaclavas. We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product information (composition, origin, care) is shown on each product page.

4. PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud; if so, we will refund any amount paid in full.

6. PAYMENT
Payment is made at checkout using the methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

7. SHIPPING

8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

9. LEGAL GUARANTEE
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish and EU consumer law (3 years from delivery). If a product is defective, contact us at contact@icecoolmasks.com.

All content on this website, including designs, photos, texts and logos, belongs to ICE COOL MASKS or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our written consent.

11. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

13. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
